Philleigh Way

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a Woodfired Session at the lovely Philleigh Way cookery school. The threat of rain hung heavy in the air but it just about stayed dry for the evening, so much for balmy summer evenings! Tutor and chef George Pascoe cooked up a range of delicous shellfish dishes including smoked oysters with horseradish, grilled lobsters and scallops with hogs pudding. Live music was provided by the excellent Suzie Mac. 


Very much looking forward to working on future projects in the cookery school during the Autumn.
